Ask for the written fee structure, inclusions and exclusions, refund policy, aircraft availability, likely additional charges, training schedule, accommodation arrangements if applicable and the process for handling delays or maintenance downtime.

There is no single guaranteed timeline. Training time depends on aircraft availability, weather, maintenance, instructor capacity, student progress, examination completion and other operational factors.

The applicable flight-experience requirement should be checked in the current DGCA licensing rules for the licence and category concerned. Do not rely on an old number copied from a training advertisement.
