Refund Policy

CPLGrid provides immediate digital access to question banks, mock tests, analytics and other study tools. Because digital access is delivered after payment, subscription purchases are generally non-refundable, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Digital subscription payments are generally non-refundable after access is activated. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or other consumer right that applies mandatorily under applicable law.
1. Refunds
We do not ordinarily provide refunds for unused or partially used subscription periods, change of mind, mistaken plan selection, dissatisfaction with study results, changes to examination plans, or account suspension caused by a breach of our Terms of Service.
Where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to a refund or other remedy, that right remains unaffected.
2. Before You Purchase
Pricing, duration and plan features are displayed before checkout. Eligible users may use any available trial offer to evaluate the platform before purchasing. Please review the plan details before payment.
3. Cancellation
CPLGrid plans are one-time payments for a fixed period. They do not renew automatically and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another plan, so there is nothing to cancel. Access ends at the end of the period you paid for. A period already paid for is not refunded, subject to applicable law.
4. Failed Payments and Access Problems
A payment discrepancy is not the same as a discretionary refund. If your account was debited but CPLGrid did not correctly activate or record the purchase, contact us so we can verify the transaction and correct the order or access status. Where a payment was captured without the promised digital access and a correction cannot otherwise be made, the appropriate remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the payment processor's records.
Email support@cplgrid.in with your registered email, transaction date, plan and payment reference. Never send your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or password.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Banks and payment providers may apply their own processing, settlement or reversal rules. CPLGrid does not store your full card, UPI PIN, OTP or banking credentials.
6. Changes and Contact
We may update this Refund Policy when our plans, payment methods or legal obligations change. The version published on this page and its effective date apply to purchases subject to applicable law.
