Terms of Service

By creating an account, claiming a free trial, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using CPLGrid, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to hold a CPLGrid account, and you must provide accurate registration details including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account.

A CPLGrid account is personal and single-user. Sharing your credentials, allowing others to study on your subscription, or operating an account on behalf of multiple candidates is a breach of these Terms. Notify us immediately at support@cplgrid.in if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

CPLGrid is an independent, self-paced study and revision tool. It provides question practice, timed mock tests, bookmarks, mistake review and performance analytics. It is not a flying school, not a DGCA-approved training organisation, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation or any regulatory or examining authority.

CPLGrid does not replace your ground-school instruction, prescribed syllabus material or official DGCA publications. You remain responsible for confirming current examination requirements with the relevant authority.

We make no representation, promise or guarantee that using CPLGrid will result in passing any DGCA examination, obtaining a licence, securing employment or achieving any particular score or career outcome. Results depend on your own study effort, prior knowledge and examination conditions outside our control.

Our question bank and explanations are prepared and reviewed with care, but syllabi, regulations, publications and examination patterns change over time, and errors can occur. Content on CPLGrid is provided for study purposes on an "as is" basis without warranty of accuracy, completeness or currency.

Where a question or explanation appears incorrect, you can flag it inside the platform or write to us, and we will review it. Always verify critical technical, regulatory and operational information against the current official source before relying on it.

Access to paid features is granted through subscription packages shown on our pricing page. The price, duration and inclusions of each plan are displayed before purchase, and access begins once payment is successfully confirmed by our payment processor.

Eligible new users may claim a one-time free trial. Trials are limited to one per person and per account, and attempts to claim additional trials through duplicate accounts may result in suspension.

We may change plan pricing, structure or inclusions at any time. Changes do not alter the price or duration of a subscription period you have already paid for. All payments are non-refundable; see our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, download in bulk, republish, resell, distribute or commercially exploit any CPLGrid question, explanation, test or other content;
• share, sell, rent or otherwise transfer your account access, or study on another person's paid account;
• attempt to bypass paywalls, trial limits, access controls, authentication or usage restrictions;
• use automated tools, bots, crawlers or scripts to extract content or generate artificial activity;
• probe, scan, overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, databases or other users' data;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
• upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading or infringing material through any form or support channel.

The CPLGrid name, logo, interface, design, software, question bank, explanations, analytics features and all other platform materials are owned by CPLGrid or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription or trial, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the platform for your own exam preparation. No other rights are granted, expressly or by implication.

We may suspend or terminate an account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached — including credential sharing, content extraction, payment fraud, trial abuse or attempts to compromise platform security.

Termination for breach does not entitle you to any refund of amounts already paid. You may stop using CPLGrid at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting support.

We aim to keep CPLGrid available and reliable, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, third-party infrastructure failures or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and brief interruptions do not extend a subscription period or create a refund entitlement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPLGrid and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of examination attempts, fees, training time, opportunity, profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or from reliance on its content.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid to CPLGrid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms as the platform, our plans or legal requirements evolve. The revised version will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date, and continued use of CPLGrid after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of CPLGrid shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
