These Terms govern your use of CPLGrid, an online aviation exam-preparation platform available at cplgrid.in. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing access or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
CPLGrid accounts are for individual users. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not share, sell, transfer or allow another person to use your account or subscription. Notify us promptly at support@cplgrid.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
CPLGrid provides digital study tools including question practice, mock tests, analytics, bookmarks, mistake review and revision features. It is an independent educational platform and is not a flying school, training organisation or government service.
CPLGrid is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The platform does not replace official DGCA publications, applicable regulations, prescribed training or ground-school instruction.
CPLGrid content is provided for study and revision. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current material, but regulations, syllabi, examination patterns and technical information can change and errors may occur.
You are responsible for verifying important information against current official sources. CPLGrid does not guarantee a particular examination score, pass result, licence, employment or other outcome.
Plan price, duration and included features are shown before purchase. Plans are one-time payments for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. Paid access begins after successful payment confirmation and ends when the period you paid for ends. Eligible users may receive a one-time trial subject to the offer displayed at the time.
Plan payments are non-refundable except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. See the Refund Policy. We may change future pricing or plan features, but a change will not reduce a period already paid for.

The CPLGrid name, logo, software, interface, question bank, explanations, analytics and other platform materials belong to CPLGrid or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
During an active trial or subscription, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for your own study. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, protect the platform or enforce these Terms, including in cases of account sharing, content extraction, payment abuse or security violations.
You may stop using CPLGrid at any time. Termination or suspension for a breach does not create a refund entitlement, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We aim to keep CPLGrid available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, third-party failures and events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPLGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to CPLGrid or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will always be published on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
